Get Started with My Co-op

My Co-op is the single source for all Co-op tools and applications. Setting up your credit union’s My Co-op administrator is simple and straightforward.

  1. As the My Co-op administrator for your credit union, complete the form on the right and hit submit.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email that we’ve received your request.
  3. Co-op will email you your admin credentials in no more than 5 business days.

That’s it! You are now set up as the My Co-op administrator for your credit union. You can review the resources included in your confirmation email to learn more about My Co-op and how to set up users.

 

FAQs

What if I need access to My Co-op but I’m not the admin at my credit union?

Please contact your credit union admin for access to My Co-op. If they have not signed up for My Co-op yet, you can share this page with them. If you do not know who your admin is, contact client care at 800.782.9042 option 5 or email clientcare@coop.org.
